Warranty Information

JSR INDUSTRIES warrants the EZ PORT-A-LIGHT against defects due to workmanship or materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: batteries, damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, battery leakage (other than originally supplied), disassembling of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized repair service center of JSR INDUSTRIES. JSR INDUSTRIES may elect to repair or replace damaged product covered by the terms of this warranty. JSR INDUSTRIES requires reasonable proof of purchase. Therefore, please retain your sales receipt or invoice. To obtain repair or replacement of the EZ PORT-A-LIGHT under the terms of this warranty, call, fax or email for a return authorization number. Any package received without a return number will be sent back to the sender. All returned product must be packaged correctly; customer is responsible for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. Customers must prepay all shipping costs. We will return the product back to you at no additional costs.
