Shipping and Handling:
All telephone orders taken before
3:00pm CST will ship that same day, after 3:00pm
they will ship the very next day.
All orders within the continental United States
will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise
specified. All orders are shipped FOB
JSR INDUSTRIES, Friendship, WI.

Returns:
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
No returns will be accepted without previous
authorization from
JSR INDUSTRIES, either by phone,
fax or mail. A 20% handling fee will be charged to
restock items unless the return is a result of
defective merchandise or an error on our part.
Absolutely no packages will be accepted for return
if shipped COD. Please note: All items returned must
be packaged correctly; customer is responsible for
merchandise damaged in transit due to inadequate
packaging.

Warranty Coverage:
JSR INDUSTRIES warrants the
EZ PORT-A-LIGHT
against defects due to workmanship or materials
for a period of two years from the date of
purchase. This warranty does not cover:
batteries, damage due to normal wear, abuse,
improper maintenance, battery leakage (other
than originally supplied), disassembling of
parts, scratches to the finish (considered
normal wear), or attempted repair by anyone
other than an authorized repair service center
of
JSR INDUSTRIES.
JSR INDUSTRIES may elect to
repair or replace damaged product covered by the
terms of this warranty.
JSR INDUSTRIES requires
reasonable proof of purchase. Therefore, please
retain your sales receipt or invoice. To obtain
repair or replacement of the
EZ PORT-A-LIGHT
under the terms of this warranty, call, fax or
email for a return authorization number. Any
package received without a return number will be
sent back to the sender. All returned product
must be packaged correctly; customer is
responsible for items damaged in transit due to
inadequate packaging. Customers must prepay all
shipping costs. We will return the product back
to you at no additional costs.
